Utilising Solid Works, Sydney Laser Engineering can 3D model your assembly to give you a full understanding of your concept. Giving you peace of mind to move into the production prototype stage.
LASER CUTTING
Sydney Laser Engineering have partnered with Bystronic Laser Cutting Systems to provide our valued clients the highest quality and most accurate laser cut components available in the market today. Sydney Laser Engineering can process steel up to 25mm, Stainless Steel and Aluminium up to 16mm and Copper and Brass up to 8mm.
CNC BENDING
Sydney Laser Engineering utilize the state of the art Bystronic Xpert Pro 250 tonne 4.3 meter Press Brake to achieve the very best and most accurate CNC Bending service available in Australia today. Sydney Laser Engineering can produce small precision folded components all the way up to large pressed sections.
WELDING AND FABRICATION
Sydney Laser Engineering provides an end to end manufacturing service for our clients and this includes precision welding and fabrication. With our team of Engineers and highly skilled craftspeople we ensure our clients walk away with peace of mind, knowing that all fabrication and welding requirements have been achieved. Sydney Laser Engineering offers Spot Welding, MIG and TIG welding on an array of metals.
PAINTING AND FINISHING
Sydney Laser Engineering provides our valued clients with wide range of painting and finishing services.
We specialise in wet painting and powder coating and are supported by our long standing supply chain partners Dulux and Interpon to ensure you get the finish you require that lasts the test of time.
